This is a modified version of a recipe from Hip Pressure Cooking that I make quite frequently. It’s pretty fast and very cheap. I recommend an Instant Pot IP-DUO80 if you don’t have a pressure cooker.

This recipe is a common quick dinner for us. It’s quite easy if you have an electric pressure cooker. It’s adapted from a recipe from Cooks Illustrated. You can use any sort of non-strand pasta for this, like shells, ziti, rigatoni, etc.
